ABOUT THE IMAGE:  A typical pose for a typical Famishius Vulgaris Ingeniusi as he attempts the knifing and forking of his Birdius High-Ballius, albeit, Road Runner lunch.  It isn’t often that characters without dialogue can be so strongly understood. But with Chuck Jones’ creation of Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner, their action and body movements, and yes, a couple of now-and-then signs, still manages to speak volumes.
